to support our early years math
program as dynamic examples
of each unit. In
the program we emphasise
the importance of treating children's
first constructions with the
math manipulatives as you would their first
attempts at drawing. We
suggest you might want to take
a photograph of their handiwork
as children are often very reluctant
to break them up. An
an alternative you might want
to create a flash animation
of their work. Don't panic,
I used a free version of a super
flash animation program called
3D Flash Animator. I got it
with a PC magazine from a supermarket! Children
love to see their work animated
so why not learn how to do it
